Returns: Please call or email for authorization before making any returns. Item must be in same condition as sent. All returns must be insured for the value (purchase price including tax when applicable), within 10 days of receipt in original packaging for full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If item has been received broken a claim must be made within 3 working days. Item must be returned to the post office if delivered by USPS. If delivered by UPS/Fed X a call tag will be sent and item will be picked up.
